Hello and thanks for visiting my website! 

My name given at birth is Linda, but I’ve always gone by my middle name Denise. What’s in a name anyway? Evidently a lot… Denise originates from the Ancient Greek name Dionysius and indicates "dedication to Dionysius", the God of Wine, Fermentation, and Merriment. Well, anyone that knows me knows I love love love fermented grapes 🍷 and bacteria rich foods, mood music, and aromatherapy. All things that make me feel better or enhance my mood. 

I’m also a Pisces (the fish), born February 20th 1970. Which makes sense since, as I have had a healthy obsession for pure water for decades and more recently I’ve been fascinated with mineral waters from around the world. I’m not at all into astrology, but I do understand how the celestials play a part in our earthly experience. 

As an incredibly curious person, I have been experimenting on myself for as long as I can remember. I love trying different health products and various health hacks. What is most important to me is efficacy and value. 

It is my heart’s desire to enhance the lives of others by sharing everything that I know, everything that I like (love), and everything that I trust. I hope that you will also enjoy some of my favorite things and that your life’s journey would be enriched.
